HSPDP to revamp party units across State

SHILLONG, May 20: With an aim to strengthen the party in Meghalaya, the Hill State People’s Democratic Party (HSPDP) recently constituted the HSPDP Mawlai Constituency area unit. Party president Ardent M Basaiawmoit on Friday revealed that the party is planning to revamp different units in various parts of the state. “We had earlier constituted the HSPDP Mawlai constituency area unit and similar activity will be taking place in every nook and corner of the State,” Basaiawmoit said. The HSPDP Mawlai Area Unit was constituted on May 15 in a meeting at Mawlai Phudmawri Community Hall. During the meeting new committee was formed with Elmer Raymond War as president, Mark Syiemlieh as vice president and Kyrshanlang Rani as general secretary.
