GUWAHATI, June 26: A year back, Model United tions knocked the doors of North East’s largest Techno-magement festival, Techniche as IIT Guwahati hosted the edition of its very own conference, and created quite a stir as it did so. Delegates from all over the tion and also from overseas, convened under the finest of chairpersons and carried out exhilarating discussions on contemporary and historical issues for the 3 days of IITG MUN. The embassies of Sweden and Israel sent their greetings and support while the Swedish Ambassador to India, Harald Sandberg and the Maharaja of Tripura, Pradyot Manikya witnessed a few sessions in person to encourage the delegates.
As Techniche prepares for its 16th Annual Extravaganza, the much-awaited conference is set to return with animating committees, broader agendas and all the more finesse. The conference which will begin on September 4 and will conclude on September 6 is expecting a much bigger crowd this year, said a press statement.
