Ilu Das Murderer Safiqul Ali Arrested

GUWAHATI: The alleged culprit behind the murder of Ilu Das on April 13 at Guwahati Railway tracks was arrested on Tuesday. The murderer, Safiqul Ali, 22, alias Champion Babu of Phulbari is a drug addict, who took revenge of the arrest of three women drug paddlers a few months back. The deceased Ilu Das and injured Samir Ali had acted as sources behind the arrests due to which, Safiqul Ali allegedly extracted revenge.
