India is in the safe hands of Modiji: Newly-elected MP from Jorhat HPC Topon Gogoi

JORHAT: People of the country had strictly monitored the working culture of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal. We are lucky to be in safe hands of Modiji who will definitely bring a big change in the country and the State, said a jubilant Topon Kumar Gogoi, the BJP candidate from 12 Jorhat HPC and the sitting State Power Minister, at the Jorhat Government Boys’ HS & MP School on Thursday.

The newly-elected MP from the prestigious 12 Jorhat HPC, Topon Kumar Gogoi was accompanied by outgoing Jorhat MP Kamakhya Prasad Tasa and Mahmora MLA Jibon Mohon along with party workers. Topon Kumar Gogoi told media persons that he would work for the overall development of the prestigious Jorhat constituency and he was given thrust on completing developmental works and schemes.

Kamakhya Prasad Tasa was overwhelmed by the poll result. Official certificates to the winning candidates were handed over by Roshni Aparanji Korati, the Returning Officer of 12 Jorhat HPC in the presence of Dr Ranjit Sinha, the general observer and District Development Commissioner Deepanjali Dutta.
