Indian Army's Red Horns Division organizes painting competition at Kisan Hindi High School in Diphu

Diphu: The troops of the Red Horns Division, as a part of civic action programme, organized a painting competition at Kisan Hindi High School, Borlangpher on Monday.

A total of 70 students of Class IX and Class X participated in the painting competition. The topic for the competition was ‘Indian Army: Friends of North East’. The competition was judged jointly by personnel of armed forces and local school teachers and the prizes were distributed to school children immediately after the conduct of the competition. A lecture was also conducted to provide in-depth knowledge on various entry schemes available to join the Indian Army.
