Itanagar local representative Techi Kaso stresses on preservation of culture

ITANAGAR: Itanagar local representative Techi Kaso visited pandals at various locations in the capital complex where Kali Puja was celebrated and met the devotees and also took part in cracker display on Thursday.

Talking to the locals on the occasion Kaso said that we should have fear in god, no matter which religion we believe. “Our commitment towards the family, community and society should always sustain irrespective of religion and culture & tradition we follow,” he added. He said the most important celebrating any festival is the message of peace, development, prosperity.

We should help those in needs and always encourage the younger generation to respect, love others, he said. In the meantime he also urged upon all to live in peace, with love with others in a world of growing technology and digitization. “We need to teach our children on good behavior and the legacy of tradition and rich cultural heritage should be passed on to new generation,” he added.
