JCILPS punishes trader

IMPHAL March 16: One small time trader identified as Benjamin Lengah (35) was today caught in a compromising position with a widow in his hotel at Lilong in Thoubal district. The women activists of the Joint Committee on Inner Line Permit Sytem tonsured him and the widow. Talking to reporters, Nganbi, the president of the women’s wing of the JCILPS, said that the widow has three children. Local residents handed the duo to the JCILPS. The women activists warned against this kind of moral turpitude.
