JOYSAGAR, Oct 2: A kidpper was apprehended by the Sivasagar Police in Station Chariali on Sunday. There was an attempt to kidp businessman Raju Sharma’s eight-year old son from his business establishment on Sunday evening. But local people were able to rescue the child. Police reached the spot and bbed the accused who was identified as one Ram Singh of Uttar Pradesh.
