Kindle Thought Process

As their mind is like a blank paper, plus as they are naturally curious, kids ask too many questions. Everything in this world is new to them and intrigues them.

If your child is always asking too many questions, this is a sign that she's learning and has a quest for knowledge. Ensure that her quest for knowledge is filled.

Here are a few tips that will help you stimulate thinking in your preschooler and make her enhance her critical thinking skills.

Answer their questions

Kids pose a lot of questions and every answer you give will be followed by another "why". Be patient. Answer every question without losing your mind.

Encourage questions

Every time you visit a new place or indulge in a new activity, ask her questions, encourage her to think through the reasons for everything and make her wonder. Do not offer every information on a platter, let her explore, think, and analyze, through the concepts and challenges and understand them better.

Make Things exciting

The attention span of kids is very low, so you have to make sure you keep her captivated and attentive. The only way to do it is by keeping her excited and engaged in every moment through the activity or learning.

Learn through play

Indulge in fun games, come up with fun activities for everything you wish to teach her. Plan some quiz contests and so on. While you're working on these, engage her in some insights and help her understand why things are the way they are.

Let her explore

Let her fidget, explore, and probe through everything that attracts her interest.

This will help you understand what interests her and how she's approaching various problems and you could help her from there.

Help her build problem-solving skills

Give them a logical reasoning for everything, building the logical base. Teach them how every problem has to be addressed in three stages, i.e., identifying the problem, breaking the problem into multiple chunks, addressing one problem at a time.
