Dibrugarh: Krishna Kanta Handique State Open University will felicitate Professor Amaresh Dutta, renowned Shakespearian scholar, with theKrishna Kanta Handique National Award, 2018 on Tuesday at India Club. Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal will grace the occasion as chief guest. Media advisor to the CM, Hrishikesh Goswami is expected to be the guest of honour in the presentation ceremony.
