Kurbah completes shooting for Iewduh

SHILLONG, May 14: Pradip Kurbah, the director of the Khasi film titled ‘Iewduh’, has said that the shooting of the film has finally concluded after 23 days of filming. The Khasi film is being produced by Shankar Lall Goenka.

Speaking to reporters at a press conference in the city on Monday, Kurbah said, “People of Iewduh has rendered immense help. They have been intimately involved with the film team during the entire shooting process.”

He also expressed his gratitude to the shopkeepers for being so accommodating to the team.

“We are also grateful to the Syiem of Hima Mylliem and his myntris and elders for extending their support and permitting us to explore the labyrinthine space that is Iewduh,” he said.

Film stars Albert Mawrie, Richard Kharpuri, Enshon Lamare, Lapynhun Sun, Anvil Laloo, Jeetesh Sharma, Denver Pariat and Elmer War, besides others.
