Life imprisonment for two in murder case

Golaghat , June 4: On Saturday, two murder accused were given life imprisonment for murdering a person. On July 14, 2010, in an incident which occurred at Balijan in Golaghat district, two men -Farhuddin Ahmed and Mohammad Gulfizar Ali - killed Muhibuddin (55) of the area with a sharp weapon. As such, today Golaghat District and Session Judge Robin Phukan sentenced them to life imprisonment along with fine of Rs 5,000 and in failure of payment of fine, one month extended imprisonment.
