Local boys selected to join Indian Army

mrup, Feb 23: Under the effort and supervision of Joypur Army Camp, nine boys from Joypur and its adjoining areas including Bengebari, Tingkhong, Moran, Rajgarh and etc have cleared the fil written examition held on January 28. They will join Indian Army soon. Earlier, on October 17, Joypur Army camp had conducted a pre- recruitment rally at Joypur where 122 candidates, out of 600, were selected for physical and mental test and after the tests, 27 candidates were found eligible for appearing in the fil examition.  The selected candidates were given residential training and coaching by the Joypur Army Camp for four weeks. Out of which nine candidates have cracked the fil written examition. Such an initiative of the Joypur army camp has greatly encouraged the youth to join Indian Army and local people have praised the Indian Army for their career oriented initiatives.
