Shillong, Feb 8: Meghalaya police has issued a lookout notice for Konesshon Rodborne, who allegedly raped a school student and made unwanted advance on another pupil. The president of CSWO, Agnes Kharshiing said that they lodged the FIR based on the revelation of the victims.
