M V Naidu About NE’s Connectivity

During 11th convocation of Tripura University, the Vice-President of India underlined the role of Union govt. to improve connectivity & business potential in Northeast India. In the ceremony, 142 scholars received PhD degrees, & approx.400 gold & silver medalists.
