Magisterial enquiry into death of NDFB militant

Bongaigaon/Kokrajhar, Feb 15: Chirang District Magistrate Binod Kr. Deka has detailed Kajalgaon Sub-Divisiol Magistrate Jayanta Sarkar for magisterial enquiry into the death of a NDFB (S) militant Arun Borgawary, son of Rijen Borgawary, who was killed on October 29, 2016 in police encounter at Champa under Sidli police station. Gagan rzari, DIPRO, Chirang said that in the order, he has been asked to conduct the enquiry as per the latest NHRC guidelines and submit the report within 30 days.
