Man killed mercilessly and left to die in Tezpur

Tezpur: In a sensational incident, the body of a person with multiple injuries was recovered in the wee hours today in Gordha village near Tezpur town.

The deceased person identified as Mohesh Gowala alias Mohesh Naro (26) is a resident of Bihuguri Mailati.

As per sources, few unidentified miscreants had allegedly attacked Mohesh with a sharp weapon mercilessly and left to die.

The reason for the brutal murder incident has not been ascertained by the police officials.

Meanwhile, Tezpur police have sent the body for post mortem and are carrying out further investigation in connection to the matter.
