Missing person's body recovered at Rangajan river

DULIAJAN, April 26: A missing person’s body was recovered on Tuesday morning from 2 No. Rangajan river under Duliajan police station. He has been identified as Ajoy Kharia (45), resident of Rangajan Kharia Basti under Duliajan police station. According to sources, Ajoy had gone to his daughter Alpo Urang’s house on Monday morning but in the evening he went missing. On Monday evening a team of SDRF and Duliajan police searched at various locations but could not find him. On Tuesday morning his body was seen by local people who immediately informed Duliajan police station. Duliajan Police rushed to the spot and recovered his body from the Ronjajan river. Police sent his body to AMCH, Dibrugarh for post mortem.
