M’laya school teachers to stage protest on Dec 12

SHILLONG, Dec 8: The All Meghalaya SSA School Teachers Association (AMSSASTA) has decided to re-organise a gathering of SSA teachers on December 12 to discuss on the unequally distribution of salary by the government before taking any steps to counter the state government.

"We will soon meet with all the SSA teachers again of December 12, at Dorbar Hall, Mission, Shillong to discuss on the indifferent distribution of salary by the state government which is in stark contrast to the notification issued by the central government," Lasforious Marngar, President of AMSSASTA told reporters here.

"We are deeply hurt by this indifferent distribution of salary by the government for us SSA teachers," the AMSSASTA leader said.
