KOKRAJHAR, April 20: BPF president Hagrama Mohilary on Monday assumed office as BTC Chief at the BTC Secretariat for the third consecutive term. Kampa Borgoyary also assumed office as deputy chief, as did 12 other Executive Members (EMs). The official staff of the BTC chief and home guards of the Secretariat felicitated Mohilary. Sources said that Mohilary had allocated the department/portfolio to the EMs. The official notification in this regard would be issued tomorrow as the Principal Secretary was not available today.
