Moni Bora Devi gets Amulya Kakati award

 GUWAHATI, Feb 3: Renowned mobile theatre actress Moni Bora Devi has been med for the Amulya Kakati Memorial Award, 2017. The award has been instituted by the students’-artistes’-writers’ welfare trust of the All Guwahati Students’ Union. It was announced by Nyas secretary Kamal Saikia. The award is given every year to a persolity contributing to the drama movement in the State. The award will be conferred on the dramatist on February 9 at a function at Vivekanda Kendra at Uzan Bazar in the city. The award comprises cash, a memento and an angabastra.
