Namrup unit of Tai Ahom Yuva Parishad formed

Namrup, June 9: A representative meet of Tai Ahom Yuva Parishad was held recently at NFSU office Namrup. The meet was held in the presence of Prosenjit Gogoi, president, Kanak Phukan, executive president and Chandan Phukan, general secretary of Tai Ahom Yuva Parishad, Dibrugarh committee along with general secretary of Namrup Anchalik Tai Ahom Yuva Parishad, Mrinal Handique. In the meet, a 23-member new Tai Ahom Yuva Parishad, Namrup regional committee was formed with Dr Ajay Barua, Diganta Gogoi, Tilok Gogoi and Biju Lahon as advisors, Papu Chaliha as president, Abanindra Gogoi as working president, Biswajit Baruah as general secretary. The meet was attended by more than 50 Tai Ahom Yuva Parishad members.
