Narendra Modi Wins From Varanasi With a Huge Margin of 5,71,154 Votes

Guwahati: Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a historic win from Varanasi Lok Sabha seat with 5,71,154 votes against Ajay Rai of Congress.

Shalini Yadav of Samajwadi Party received 1,65,162 votes while Ajay Rai gets 1, 14, 314 votes.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath congratulated Narendra Modi for winning the Lok Sabha polls for the second term. In a tweet, Adityanath said, "The stupendous victory of @BJP4India is a result of the visionary leadership of PM Shri @narendramodi, excellent organizational capabilities of President Shri @AmitShah and hard work of millions of party workers. My heartiest congratulations to everyone on this historic win."
