No helmet, no fuel!

MORIGAON, July 9: Morigaon Deputy Commissioner Hemen Das, by an order has promulgated Section 144 CrPC in district with immediate effect. As per the order, two-wheeler riders must wear helmets or they would not be able to buy fuel at petrol pumps. This order strictly prohibits petrol pump owners from selling fuel to two-wheeler riders without helmets. Any petrol pump owner or worker found violating this rule will be punished, stated the order.
