Mina Purkayastha

Mina Purkayastha, a pious lady and wife of reputed Homoepathic physician, Late Tapash Purkayastha, a resident of Nabinpolly locality of Tangla town passed away due to prolonged illness on January 14 at GMCH. She was 48. A noble soul she was loved and admired by all. She was also associated with various religious institutions. Her husband predeceased her one and half years back. She leaves behind two sons. Her untimely demise has cast a pall of gloom in Tangla town. Her death was widely mourned. Tangla Press Club has also expressed condolence to the bereaved family members.
