One arrested, cell phone recovered

GUWAHATI, July 2: The Government Railway Police (GRP) apprehended allegedly a mobile phone thief Kamal Biswas (22) from Guwahati railway station on Monday and recovered a mobile phone from his possession. The accused is a permanent resident of Jaleswar, Goalpara district.
