Amguri, March 7: One person died in a road accident this evening at around 6.45 pm on historic Dhodorali at Samaguri Sataisija here. The deceased has been identified as Gangadhar Gogoi (45). Police said that Gogoi died on the spot when a Tata Indica mowed down him. The driver of the Indica manged to escape after the accident. Following the accident , locals blocked Dhodorali demading seizure of the Indica and arrest of its driver.
