Pickpocket Gang Arrested By Panbazar Police

GUWAHATI: A gang of pickpockets operating a racket in Panbazar were arrested on Monday by Panbazar police. The accused included Sima Devi, 55, from Katihar in Bihar, Gulli Gowala, 60, from West Bengal, Amlika Gowala, 56, from West Bengal, and Jayashree Gowala, 61, from West Bengal. Cash of approximately Rs 20 thousand were recovered from their possession.
