Pradhan Mantri Avaas Yojana and MGNREGA Schemes Inaugurated in Kalaigaon

KALAIGAON: After night outs by VIPs in PMAY shelters on August 11, the Panchayat and Rural Development department of Udalguri district inaugurated as many as 100 PMAY and MGNREGA schemes in several places on August 13 as per government order. This apart, 17 PMAY and MGNREGA schemes were inaugurated under Kalaigaon Development Block area on Monday along with the scheme for construction of Bhehguri Anganwadi Centre. Arun Sarma inaugurated the Anganwadi centre where Ratan Aich, junior engineer, took part from Kalaigaon Development Block. Raben Ch. Das, chairman of Majarchuba Village Council Development Committee VCDC), officially handed over the new building to Dipali Deka, worker of Bhehguri Anganwadi Centre after inauguration.
