TANGLA, Dec 16: The members of All Tangla Christians Youth Jourlists on Friday celebrated pre-Christmas in a unique manner as members opted to avoid holding an indoor celebration in the confines of the church but rather chose to get out and attempt to spread the Christmas cheer to underprivileged children.
“It is a remarkable day for all of us and I am happy that we can share some love and happiness with others,” said Enush Daimari, a member of the organization.
The members of the organisation after prayers at Baptist church visited the orphan children of Prero child home at Tangla. Disguised as Santa Claus gifts were distributed among children as token of love. A colorful cultural procession was also taken out on the occasion.
