Prize Money Football

GUWAHATI, jan 18: A Prize Money Football Tourment was organised under the auspices of Islampur Yubak Sangha at Islampur.

Altogether 15 teams participated in the tourment. In the fil Youth Boys Club beat United F.C on Sunday. the champion team received Rs. 5,000 while the runner up got Rs. 3,000 along with Kasib Khan Memorial Runners up Trophy. The Best Player (senior) award was given to Mustafa Anis Ali of Sijubari Lucky Seven and Best Player (junior) award was given to Pervez Sadiq Rahman of Cannonball F.C.

Best goalkeeper of the tourment trophy was awarded to Rennes Ahmed of Youth Boys Club while Hero of the Match Trophy was awarded to Rupabir Basumatary.
