How to apply:
Application in part IX of Assam Gazette signed by the candidate including attested copies of certificates/testimonials regarding educational qualification, age, caste etc. 2 (two) copies of recent passport size photographs signed by the candidate, one self addressed stamped envelope (size 27 cm x 13 cm) should reach the Directorate of Forensic Science, Assam on or before 09/09/ 2018 positively.
Caste Certificate issued in favour of the candidates belonging to reserved categories must be in the proper format and is to be countersigned by DC/SDO (Civil) of the concerned District/Sub Divisions of which the candidate is a resident should be furnished.
Candidates should write on the top on the envelope as ‘APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF VISCERA CUTTER”,
Applicants those who are already employed should submit their applications through their authorities within the stipulated date.
Candidates will have to appear in a written test the date of which will be intimated later on.
No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the test/interview. Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify a candidate.
N.B. : Government servant joining the service of the State Government on or after February, 2005 shall not be governed by the existing Assam Service (Pension) Rule, 1969 and orders issued there under from time to time. So for their pension and other retirement benefits are concerned, they will be governed by a new set of Pension Rules, which are already formulated with the contributory pension scheme announced by the Government of India, vide No. 25014/14/2001-AIS(II) dated 03.09.2009.
