Returning Officer rejects 3 nominations in Kokrajhar

Kokrajhar: On the day of scrutiny of nominations, the Returning Officer, 5- Kokrajhar (ST) HPC rejected 3 out of 12 nominations. List of candidates, whose nominations were found valid in order are Sabda Ram Rabha of INC, Biraj Deka of CPI(M), Rajesh Narzary of Voters’ Party International, Charan Iswary of Purvanchal Janata Party (Secular), Pramila Rani Brahma of BPF, Urkhao Gwra Brahma of United People’s Party (Liberal), Naba Kr. Sarania of IND, Ranjay Kr. Brahma of Ind and Prasenjit Kr. Das of IND. The list of candidates, whose nominations were rejected are Mun Kumar Basumatary of IND, Kamala Kanta Daimary of AITC or TMC and Paresh Boro of IND.
