Road mishap

Bongaigaon, May 2: One person died and one was seriously injured in a road mishap that occurred on Wednesday morning in the Deohati area under Abhayapuri Police Station of Bongaigaon district. The deceased was identified as Deepjyoti Ray, a resident of Tulungiya area of Bongaigaon, and the injured person is Sanjay Ray. According to local people, both were coming on a bike. The bike hit a tree after it lost control. Deepjyoti died on the spot and Sanjay was sent to Guwahati for better treatment.
