RPF ADG reviews crimes in Railways

GUWAHATI, June 8: Railway Protection Force (RPF) Additiol Director General (ADG) PS Rawal today reviewed various issues pertaining to crimes in Railways at the zol crime conference of NF Railway security department at Maligaon today. Considering the recent cases of looting of passengers by administering drugs in trains, the ADG directed RPF divisiol officers to lay more emphasis on complete eradication of such crimes. He also advised the divisiol officers to lay stress on security of passengers, especially women and elderly, and dealing with passengers under distress with a humane face.  The conference was attended by RPF Additiol Chief Security Commissioner in N. F. Railway Birendra Kumar and RPF officers from all the five divisions of NF Railway. Later in the day, the RPF ADG iugurated a central police canteen for RPF staff at RPF Reserve Line.
