RTI awareness camp at Tuensang Town Hall

KOHIMA: An awareness programme on RTI Act was held on Wednesday at Town Hall, Tuensang where Chief Information Commissioner (CIC), Chanbemo Lotha, State Information Commissioner (SIC), GH Ramlia and Secretary Nagaland Information Commission (Nic), Worhonthung Ezung took part as resource persons. At the outset, CIC Chanbemo Lotha briefed on the Right To Information Act and this was followed by a power point presentation by Ezung. He explained about the RTI Act and how it enables the citizen to participate, seek and question the Government.
