Sal logs recovered by Forest Department at Jambori

Boko: State Forest Department personnel on Monday evening recovered 50 pieces of sal logs (worth around Rs 2 lakh) which were being carried on banana rafts through Kharkhari river at Jambari, some 10 km from the Bamunigaon forest office.

Forest officials suspected that the sal logs were cut down from the Milmila forest in Kharkhari village near Bamunigaon forest office.
