School building iugurated

Hojai, June 16: In West Karbi Anglong district under Hamren subdivision, the school building of Umsawpho English ME School was formally iugurated by local MAC and Executive Member for Industries and Commerce, Pradip Rongpi of the Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council in presence of Karbi Anglong Border Board chairman, Pius Sten and other CMCC members at Umsawpho under Chingthong MAC constituency on Monday. The Umsawpho English ME was set up in 1999. Headmaster Ramu Pate Rai , Chingthong Block Congress Committee general secretary Joysing Bongrum and Chingthong Mondal Congress Committee general secretary Moniram Kro were present in the function.
