TANGLA, July 21: A school teacher who was accused of voyeurism on his next-door neighbour on July 13, was not arrested despite the victim lodging an FIR. But he was finally arrested owing to media outrage on Thursday and forwarded to judicial custody.
Reportedly, Partha Pratim Debsarmah (28), a resident of Balipota village under Mangaldai PS in Darrang district and a teacher of Kunguri LP School of Kokrajhar district, was staying in a rented accommodation at Milanpur area under Tangla PS.
