Shut Down Notice in Shillong

Shillong: The Assistant Executive Engineer, Khliehriat Distribution Sub-Division-II, MePDCL, Khliehriat has informed the general public that as per SOCC approval, the 10 MVA 132/33/11 KV Transformer at Lumshnong Sub Station will be put under Shutdown w.e.f. 09:00 Hrs of January 18th, 2019 to 15:00 Hrs of January 21st, 2019 for changing of gaskets on top cover, radiator, OLTC etc and filtration of the transformer. The power supply of the following areas will be affected for the given period of time:

1. Lumshnong-Umkiang areas:-

Lumshnong, Brichyrnot, Umstain, Umsatad, Khatdum, Tongseng, Lumtongseng, Umtalen, Sonapur, Lummyrli, Shymplong, Kuliang, Borsara, Pyrtakuna, UmkiangApha, Umkiang, Lamasooski, Donabhoi, Donaskur, Donaumbluh, Wahkoh, Pahar-umkiang, Ratacherra and Malidor.

2. Lumshnong-Byndihati areas:-

Parts of Byndihati, Umtyra, Nongsning, Umrasong, Mynkre, Chiehruphi, Wahiajer, Thangskai, Musiang Lamare New, Musiang Lamare Old and Umrasiang.
