UDALGURI, February 3: The silver jubilee celebration of Udalguri district Bathou Mahasabha will be held with a four-day long programme at Soishri Fwthar, Mantikiri, Harisinga from February 6 to February 9. Preparation is going on with the guidance of Kartick Boro, chairman of the reception committee, and Anil Kumar Basumatary, general secretary.
