Sissiborgaon Deori Autonomous Council re-poll on Dec 19

Dhemaji, Dec 17: Re-poll of Sissiborgaon Deori Autonomous Council will be held on December 19 due to some anomalies found in the counting. In No. 1 Dhuguri LP School polling station, the ballot paper serial numbers from 401-450 were found missing. Around 26 ballot papers were found without the sigture of the presiding officer. An FIR was lodged by the returning officer against the presiding officer Jintu Gogoi and re-poll was ordered on December 19.
