Skill Honing Programme Held By Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE)



GUWAHATI: Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) is organizing a series of comprehensive residential capacity building training programme (EDP, MDP & ESDP) for development of the SC/ST aspiring/ budding entrepreneurs under National Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Hub (NSSH) Scheme of the Union Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME).

The core objective of this project is to develop entrepreneurial traits, improvement of managerial capabilities, knowledge and skill of potential entrepreneurs, arousing their entrepreneurial behavior, and assisting them to start their own enterprise and running them successfully. The tool kits distribution ceremony of Entrepreneurial Skill Development Programme (ESDP) on beauty advisor was initiated at the behest of Prasanta Goswami, course director-cum-assistant faculty member, IIE. The programme was graced by Dr. Avinash Choudhury, Zonal General Manager, North East, NSIC Limited on Tuesday. He elaborated the motive of the training programme and the importance of skill development trainings for strengthening entrepreneurial skills.
