Khandu, who launched this project at the Government Higher Secondary School here under the Chief Minister’s Adhunik Shiksha Yoja, expressed the hope that this initiative would give a big push to the education sector in the state, ushering in a bright future for the coming generation.The ‘Smart Classroom’ project was undertaken through a tripartite agreement between the state’s Education and IT Departments and EdCIL (India) Limited. As per the agreement, the project would be introduced in government-run primary, upper-primary, secondary and higher-secondary schools in the next three years.
