State associations to meet after CoA’s deadline

Kolkata, Feb 24: Running against time to meet the deadline of March 1 for filing a compliance report on the Lodha Committee directives given to them by the Supreme Court-appointed Committee of Administrators (CoA), the state associations are set to have an informal meeting soon on the next course of action, a top BCCI source said. “The state associations will hold an informal meeting,” the functiory of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) told IANS on Friday.

In a letter to all the state associations, the four-member panel assigned to look after the BCCI has stated that it would proceed on a “strict understanding and interpretation” of the Lodha Committee reforms. IANS
