State Bank of India felicitates students

Silchar, June 16: It is a season of felicitation. In yet another series of felicitation programmes, the officials and employees of the State Bank of India, regiol office, Ukilpatty, have felicitated 10 students for their excellent performance in the matriculation and Higher Secondary examition, on Tuesday. Prithiraj Dey, Sandipan Paul, Vikrant Dey and Pragya th of Collegiate School, Silchar and Poulomi Dam, Aupratim Choudhury, Rittika Paul, Annesha Das and Tithi Choudhury of Holy Cross School have been felicitated on passing their matriculation examition with flying colours. In addition to this, Akhil Agarwal, a Commerce student from Ramanuj Gupta Junior College, who secured 5th position have also been felicitated. They were given certificates, bouquets and gifts. Shyama Prasad Roy Choudhury, regiol mager, State Bank of India, wished the students a bright future and said that these talents are pride of this valley. He also said that their tremendous success would inspire generations to come. Every year, State Bank of India felicitates students who perform exceeding well at the examitions. Along with the students, their teachers and guardians were also present on the occasion. Among others who spoke on the occasion include S B Roy and H B Roy, AGMs, State Bank of India, Shyama Prasad Kar, principal, Collegiate School and Ipshita Dutta who have come on behalf of Holy Cross School.
