State Government Sanctions Prosecution Against 9 Arrested APSC Officers

GUWAHATI: In a move to reinforce the ongoing prove against the arrested APSC officers, the State government has sanctioned a prosecution order against nine arrested officers who are presently under judicial custody. Notably, the order has been already informed to the Court of the Special Judge, Guwahati. These nine officers are Amrit Jyoti Sarma, Bhaskar Chandra Dev Sarma, BhaskarDutta Das, Joydeb Mahanta, Hrituraj Gogoi, Vikash Kumar Pincha, Manash Pratim Haloi, barnali Devi and Prasenjit Kumar Ghosh.
