SHILLONG: All State government offices and educational institutions falling under 51-South Tura (ST) and 35-Ranikor (ST) Meghalaya constituencies shall remain closed on August 23 in order to enable voters to exercise their franchise in connection with the bye-election 2018 to the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly, a press release stated on Tuesday.
