Stone-laden truck seized by Tezpur forest officials following an information

Tezpur: Acting on a tip-off, forest officials of Tezpur Sadar Range under Sonitpur West Forest division on Thursday seized a truck laden with stone from Napam area under Barghat outpost in Sonitpur district for violation of Assam Minor Mineral Rule, 2013. The truck did not have the valid TP and challan for supplying minor minerals. The truck was kept under the custody of Tezpur Sadar Range, official sources said.
