Students of CBSE schools bring laurels

Tezpur, May 29: Students from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Tezpur University, Tezpur Gurukul School and Gyan Bharati Academy have brought glory to their schools achieving remarkable position in the CBSE Class X examition declared on Saturday.
Principal of KV, Tezpur University, Dipak Kumar Debral informed that this time the second batch of the school appeared in the Class X examition comprising altogether 30 candidates. “All 30 students have cleared with 100 per cent result and among them four achieved 10 CGPA. Of the 30 students, 12 students achieved grade A1, eight students achieved grade A2, seven students achieved grade B1 while three students achieved grade B2. The overall performance index is 83 per cent,” the Principal said.
On the other hand, out of 78 students of one of the private CBSE schools located at the Tinmaile-Chotaichapori area, 19 students got 10 CGPA and remaining have secured first division with hundred per cent result. Likewise, out of total 41 candidates of Gyan Bharati Academy, five students have been able to score 10-CGPA with approximately 95 per cent in aggregate while five students have got CGPA- 9.8 with approximately 93 per cent in aggregate, with lowest being able to score CGPA-6.8 with approximately 65 per cent in aggregate.
“Despite numerous limitations and hiccups, the school is scaling heights year after year, and has been able to establish itself as one of the sought after schools in this region,” Pabitra Bhuyan, the Principal of the school said.
